I know the title caught your eye! Who doesn't want to save on food and have healthy options at the same time! I met Mary at a convention and was very impressed by this book and her claim to spend $75 a week. I met her and actually found that she feeds her family of 12 with a small budget. This book is stuffed to the gills with Mary's expert, in the trenches tips on savvy food shopping, plus 200 delicious recipes for home cooked meals that make the most of economical ingredients. Highly recommended and one of my favorites!
